Chattanooga, TN (Onsite) About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned organization to add a hands-on HR Generalist to their team. This is a highly visible, onsite role supporting daily HR operations and partnering closely with leadership to drive a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Human Resources to support day-to-day HR operations and overall HR strategy Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires Serve as a resource for employee relations, providing guidance to both employees and supervisors Conduct employee investigations and support appropriate follow-up actions Organize and facilitate safety meetings and contribute to workplace safety initiatives Maintain OSHA documentation and support safety compliance reporting Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment and ongoing support Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices Partner with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation Why Join This Company?
