The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customer referrals, ensuring excellent customer engagement and understanding of the process. This role requires strong phone sales & etiquette, excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in data entry. The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive experience for new customer referrals while maintaining timely data entry. Duties Manage onboarding of new referrals from start to finish, including data entry . Conduct sessions in a timely manner, providing essential information about the referral process to all new customers. Collaborate with various departments to ensure all stake holders are engaged with new customers. Obtain accurate information from all new customers during the onboarding process to ensure all stake holders have access to data through the computerized systems. Provide exceptional customer service to all new customers questions or concerns that they may have during the onboarding process . Perform outbound calling to follow up with new customers regarding their onboarding experience and gather feedback for improvement. Assist in developing onboarding improvements to enhance customer engagement and retention. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an office or call center environment. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in using computer systems and software related to onboarding processes. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers.
