Onboarding Specialist Velocity1 Technologies, LLC Nashville, TN Job Details 1 hour ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Summary As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new and existing customers. The primary objective of this role is to configure the Velocity1 suite of products based on the customer's requirements while also training them on the product. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams, where you will use your product expertise and strong communication skills to wow our customers. Objectives Customer centric orientation with strong communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into product use cases or technical requirements. Configure V1 suite of products based on customer requirements and needs. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products or updates to existing products. Delight customers using critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Train customers and their teams on the day to day use and administration of the product. Document the onboarding steps for future reference and to transition to other teams as needed. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects and successfully deliver on-time. Develop a good understanding of configuration best practices as it relates to the V1 suite of products. Plan, schedule and execute all stages of technology implementations projects- unified communications, surveillance systems, IT solutions, etc. Support of sales teams, technical account managers (TAMs), and technology staff on projects. Be comfortable and adaptable to the needs of a rapidly growing organization with strong communication skills, work ethic, and a customer service mentality. Passion to solve customer requirements using our products. Work with engineering and implementation teams as needed. Documentation and paperwork. Work Environment Typical work environment consists of professional office environments and occasional field locations. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Physical Demands Must be able to carry approximately 25 lbs. if required Must be able to move lightweight equipment if required Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Work hours usually follow typical professional office hours, occasional after-hours work may be required due to customer request. Job can be done remote through various meeting platforms provided. Travel Minimal overnight travel required. Majority of travel will be for onsite training engagements during business hours. Special circumstances and company events may also require additional travel.
