Job Title :
HR/Business Office Days & Hour s: M-F; 7a-4p or 8a-5p
Hourly Pay Rate :
$15/hr. (Pay will increase over time)
Location :
Union City, TN Key Responsibilities for
HR/Business Office:
Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation management. Support the HR team with employee records and onboarding procedures. Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate scheduling and communication across departments to ensure smooth office operations. Utilize MS365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills for
HR/Business Office:
Proven experience working with MS365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in HR or office administration is a plus, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply. #INDO
