Recruiting Manager Position Overview B & E Resources, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Recruiting Specialist to support the organization's talent acquisition efforts. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet the Company's workforce needs across craft and professional roles. The Recruiting Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective hiring aligned with project demands and business objectives. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Operations- Supports full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through onboarding coordination.
- Sources candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and workforce outreach initiatives.
- Reviews resumes and conducts initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintains accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assists in drafting and posting job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Supports high-volume recruiting efforts, particularly for craft and field positions. Candidate & Hiring Manager Support
- Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Provides timely communication and follow-up to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Ensures a professional and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintains strong working relationships with internal teams, managers, and external candidates. Administrative & Team Support
- Assists with pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation.
- Tracks recruiting metrics such as candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring activity.
- Participates in job fairs, hiring events, and community workforce initiatives.
- Provides general departmental support, including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience supporting high-volume or craft/industrial recruiting environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
