Staffing & Recruiting Specialist Location:
Coppell, TX•(DFW Airport Area)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (Onsite)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staffing & Recruiting Specialist to join our team in the DFW area. This role is fully onsite and will support high-volume staffing operations, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency staffing, be bilingual in Spanish, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please see below for further details on this position.

PRO-ACTIVELY
finding candidates for positions, as this is not a Post a Job and wait for applicants / walk-ins type of role. Job Fairs, Community Flyers, Outbound Cold Calls, Community Events, Etc.
Offensive Recruiting Mindset Vs Defenses Recruiting Mindset Key Responsibilities:
Full-Time Outbound Community Recruitment of skilled Light Industrial candidates Conduct candidate interviews and assist with recruiting efforts Manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires, including: I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance Drug testing Background and reference checks Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems Coordinate employee placements and maintain communication with client sites Conduct regular employee check-ins at client locations Ensure compliance with company policies and all employment regulations Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records Provide excellent customer service to both clients and field employees
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of staffing agency experience (required) Hands-on experience with:
OUTBOUND
Recruiting and interviewing experience Onboarding processes Drug testing and background screening I-9 compliance and employment verification Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in data entry and basic computer systems (Avionte experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation (required) Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed Verifiable professional references from previous employers Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
