This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of Human Resources, including payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and workforce analytics. The position supports key HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, while also partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, standardize processes, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is analytically minded, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role also provides day-to-day operational support to the HR team, contributing to the overall effectiveness, organization, and delivery of HR programs and services.
Job Summary:
Build and maintain recurring HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, absence), translating business questions into actionable metrics and insights. Produce monthly metrics reporting with clear trends, risks, and recommendations for HR and leadership decision-making. Own data validation routines (reconciliations, audit checks, exception tracking) to improve accuracy and confidence in HR reporting and downstream decisions. Identify reporting/process inefficiencies and lead continuous process improvement initiatives to standardize workflows and reduce manual effort. Deliver ad hoc analyses for HR leadership (e.g., workforce trends, compensation impacts, recruiting funnel performance) and summarize findings for stakeholders. Maintain and update job profiles/job architecture documentation in HR systems, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to keep role data current. Partner with HRBPs and managers to respond to questions and provide guidance on tools/processes (including manager training and support). Assist with preparation of employee-facing communications related to HR initiatives. Support candidate experience logistics when needed (e.g., travel coordination and interview expense reimbursement) in alignment with established TA processes. Track and maintain interview documentation (interview guides/scoring sheets), ensure collection, and file/store appropriately per process requirements. Provide day-to-day HR Coordinator support by serving as a first point of contact for employees with general questions. Provide administrative coordination and high-volume task support to the HR team (calendaring, tracking deliverables, maintaining logs/status updates, and organizing documentation). Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment, maintaining compliance and secure documentation practices. Coordinate HR-related meetings, trainings, and team events by managing logistics such as room reservations, ordering catering/refreshments, coordinating vendors, preparing materials, and ensuring a smooth on-site or virtual experience for participants.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field (3 + years' experience preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into meaningful metrics, reports, and dashboards Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, Macros, data analysis) and proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders Proven organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach to all interactions Ability to work additional hours as neededPreferred Qualifications:
