Description Job Description You will support core human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting employees and managers while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and accurately. Responsibilities + Support employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes + Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation + Assist with benefits administration, leave of absence tracking, and HR inquiries + Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures + Coordinate training, audits, and HR reporting as needed + Partner with managers to resolve HR‑related questions Work Environment + Full‑Time / Contract / Contract‑to‑Hire (adjust as needed) + Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (adjust as needed) + Standard business hours Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of human resources or HR support experience + Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices + Experience with HRIS systems (UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar preferred) + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook + Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
