Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented
HRIS & HR
Operations Specialist with a keen understanding of HR systems and HR operations. This person will manage onboarding, I-9's, and ensure E-Verify is up-to-date and compliant. This role will assume important ownership for the system, driving data integrity, reporting, compliance, and troubleshooting issues when problems arise. This person will also assist with annual Open Enrollment and benefits EDI file management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholder requests with regards to the HRIS system throughout the organization. Manage onboarding, I-9's, and E-Verify Conduct regular system audits through reporting functionality to ensure full HR compliance and accurate employee data Troubleshoot system issues to include accrual issues, time off policies, workflows, system access, IP address updates, data integrity, and reporting Manage data integrations and updates as needed Manage system access, settings, workflows, etc. Take ownership and act as the SME for HRIS related functions to include Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, LMS functions, Integrations, and Recruitment. Vendor / broker management (Paycor, benefits providers) Manage EDI file feeds
Required Qualifications:
2+ years progressive HRIS management experience Experience with Onboarding, I-9's and E-Verify Working knowledge of HRIS and benefits enrollment systems, Paycor or Paychex experience heavily preferred Proven ability to multi-task and manage numerous priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-up Solution driven mindset with a passion for understanding the "why" behind system functionality Customer service-related disposition and mindset Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Team player mentality Preferred Qualifications (candidate will be considered first): Experience working as a HRIS professional in a in a multi-state, multi-location, multi-EIN environment (e.g. MSO) In depth experience with Paycor Experience with BSwift HR compliance knowledge in
California and Hawaii Schedule:
Monday - Friday, day shift 3 days onsite / 2 WFH (after initial training period)
