For venues, it combines marketing, customer engagement, and payment technology to drive traffic, increase transactions, and build loyalty without relying on multiple disconnected systems. CityCheers is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to help restaurants and bars successfully launch on our platform. This role is responsible for taking new venues from signed agreement to live and ready for activation . If you have a background in restaurant management — this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Own onboarding from contract → go-live Coordinate setup across billing, gateway, and internal teams Ensure each venue is fully prepared for launch Confirm Champion contact and Connect Portal access Train staff to implement SuperApp Deliver a clean handoff to the post-launch team What We're Looking For 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager, GM, or Shift Lead Highly organized and detail-oriented Experience with POS or restaurant tech is a plus Able to manage multiple venues at once Why Join CityCheers Transition out of restaurant hours into tech Fast-growing hospitality platform Apply now to help bring the next generation of hospitality technology to life.
