We are seeking motivated HR Generalists to support key human resources functions.

Pay rate:

$18.55

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

HR Generalists Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes Facilitate pre-employment processes (background checks, offer letters, etc.) Manage onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and new hire paperwork Administer protected leaves including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable state and federal leave programs Track, document, and manage all leave cases to ensure compliance Coordinate with management, payroll, and benefits teams regarding leave status and return-to-work processes

HR Generalist Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the Human Resource field required. Bachelor's degree with major course work in human resource management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field is required. PHR certification is preferred.
