HR Generalist Clinicial Recruiter 5254

As the HR Generalist will perform general human resources functions that include oversight of the onboarding and recruitment process for employees, locums and prescribers for TTBH; Will provide assistance with license renewals and reimbursements; Is the primary point of contact for recruitment of prescribers; Is the primary contact for NHSC; Will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO); Will screen applications for all necessary job requirements and qualifications; will conduct all background clearances; compiles analytical reports regarding Human Resources operations; responsible for conducting periodic file audits; will interpret human resources policies and procedures; will assist with training activities; will prepare correspondence and technical reports as required; will be responsible for scheduling bilingual and computer tests; will perform related work as assigned. Work is performed with broad latitude for the exercise of initiative and independent judgment. Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
