Responsibilities:

Process exit interviews with employees who separate from employment. Conduct periodic file audits Manage all paperwork related to the interview process, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. Will work with payroll to process separations within required timeline. Perform general HR functions within the hiring process, including assisting the Employment Specialist with recruitment, staffing logistics, and retention efforts.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

Knowledge of multiple human resources management disciplines, principle and practices including, compensation, job evaluation methods, job descriptions (analyze, prepare and revise), recruitment and retention, screen applications, compile and analyze data

Education:

Bachelors Experience:

1-4 years
