Job Description

Job Overview As an HR Generalist , you play a key role in providing administrative and coordination support to the HR department. In charge of recruitment and on-boarding processes,handling employee events, apply and control disciplinary actions, employee records, coordinates HR activities, assures compliance in employment laws and regulations, handles various HR-related inquiries. Must pay attention to detail, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in order to contribute to the smooth operation of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring and on boarding of qualified job applicants for open positions. Administer and execute programs such compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance, talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, training and development. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. Create, review and update policies to maintain compliance. Review, track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education and work assessments. Implement employee's recognition programs Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating conflict management strategies. Knowledge in systems such as ADP and Workday and ensure compliance with applicable laws including FMLA and OSHA. Administer internal communication Skills Proven experience in Human Resources. HRIS platforms such as Workday and ADP. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Data analysis skills for workforce metrics reporting; proficient in data collection tools for strategic insights. Effective communication skills for presenting and conducting training sessions.

$38,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
