This individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting financial advisors, handling client service requests as appropriate, and ensuring the accurate processing and follow-up of account applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and professionally, takes initiative, and enjoys building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming client phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Assist clients with service requests, account inquiries, and when appropriate, issue resolution Prepare financial advisors for client meetings by organizing documents Process client applications accurately and follow-up on outstanding requirements Track, monitor, and provide timely updates regarding pending client requests and onboarding items Maintain strong communication with internal and external business partners Create meaningful, long-term relationships that enhance the overall client experience Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment Take initiative in resolving issues and improving processes Qualifications Customer service experience required Experience working in a financial institution or wealth management environment strongly preferred Proficiency in Redtail or similar CRM platforms for tracking client interactions and data management strongly preferred College degree preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal partners Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity for career growth within a growing wealth management firm Collaborative and professional team environment Meaningful client interaction and relationship-building opportunities Exposure to financial planning, investment operations, and client service excellence Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Work Location In-office Pay Scale $40,000- $60,000 Background check and fingerprinting required
