Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will provide essential support to the HR department during a period of transition, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional employee experience. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks, benefits management, onboarding, and special projects, requiring someone with strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR Coordinator and Generalist responsibilities to support organizational needs.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment processes, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct background checks and collect necessary identification and documentation from candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to create a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Handle special projects and provide support on ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and precision in handling employee data and records.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and HR systems, including Paylocity, to manage workflows and track data.
  • Coordinate interviews and job offers, including scheduling and communication with candidates.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits billing, and other administrative HR duties.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director and Talent Acquisition teams to improve processes and address organizational needs.
