Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR & Accounting Specialist to support both human resources operations and day-to-day accounting functions. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage sensitive information, and ensure accuracy across HR and financial processes. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Manage employee onboarding, new hire documentation (I-9, W-4), and offboarding Maintain employee records in compliance with federal and Texas labor laws Administer benefits (enrollment, changes, employee communication) Support payroll processing (collecting inputs, validating data, coordinating with payroll provider) Accounting Process accounts payable and receivable Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and/or accounting roles Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Working knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles
