Primary Purpose:
Perform a variety of specialized and confidential duties related to employment and record keeping. Assure compliance with applicable TEA regulations.

High school diploma Some college preferred

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Interact with customers and colleagues by phone and in person to provide accurate and timely information, refer questions to the appropriate team member, and provide quality service to internal and external customers. Effectively and efficiently communicate with all stakeholders, including campus secretaries. Prepare and maintain employee files and records to meet regulatory requirements. Communicate with campus administrators regarding the onboarding of their recommendations for hire. Complete data entry of critical hiring information. Coordinate new hire orientation sessions for the purpose of providing pertinent information regarding employment with the district. Maintain electronic and tangible files according to department and district practices and policy. Assist in the maintenance of the district's position file database. Process information related to employees who exit the district. Respond to written and verbal inquiries for the purpose of solving problems, providing information, and facilitating communication. Participate in relevant meetings and workshops as requested. Other Duties as
