Regional Growth & Agent Recruiting Specialist - Real Estate Brokerage The Opportunity Join one of the most recognized brands in real estate—now powered by the scale, innovation, and growth engine of Compass International Holdings. This is a high-impact, high-production individual contributor role focused on attracting and converting top-performing real estate professionals i nto the Coldwell Banker network. Develop relationships with high-performing real estate agents and tell them, "We Want You ." You'll own your market, build your pipeline, and directly drive growth by bringing top talent into the network. You'll operate as a strategic talent partner and market connector—owning relationships, influencing top real estate professionals, and directly impacting regional growth. What You'll Do Own real estate agent recruiting in the DFW - Texas region partnering with the RVP Brokerage and Branch Leaders; Proactively identify, engage, and convert high-performing real estate agents Build a strong pipeline through outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, and warm leads Lead high-conviction conversations that position Coldwell Banker as the real estate brokerage of choice Partner closely with regional leadership to align recruiting strategy with business goals Drive candidate-experience end-to-end — from first outreach through introduction to leadership Leverage data + tools to track pipeline, optimize outreach, and deliver reporting insights on a weekly and regular cadence . Who You Are A closer, not just a sourcer — you know how to influence, handle objections, and win top Real Estate talent Deeply connected (or able to get connected fast) within the DFW real estate ecosystem High-energy and proactive — comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships daily Commercially minded — you understand what motivates real estate professionals and how to position value Resilient and competitive — you thrive in a performance-driven environment Tech-savvy and organized — experienced with CRMs, ATS tools, and pipeline management Your Responsibilities Win top agent talent Relentlessly prospect and engage high-performing real estate professionals every day. You know how to break through—cold calls, warm leads, and sharp messaging—to get meetings on the calendar. Build a pipeline that converts Create and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of talent. You're not just generating leads—you're driving conversations that turn into hires. Operate like a producer You treat recruiting like sales. You manage your funnel, track performance, and continuously improve your outreach, conversion rates, and close. Move fast and follow through Speed matters. You respond quickly, stay organized, and keep momentum with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Partner with leadership Work closely with regional leaders to understand market dynamics, prioritize talent, and deliver against aggressive growth goals. Own your data and results Keep your pipeline clean and accurate while using reporting to spot gaps, optimize performance, and stay ahead of targets. Use tools to scale your impact Leverage CRM, ATS, and outreach tools (Salesforce, Teams, etc.) to work smarter, move faster, and maximize output. Qualifications What we want you to have:
Experience:
2-3 years of demonstrated expertise recruiting experienced real estate sales professionals / agents or in a growth-oriented role within a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge preferred.
Communication skills:
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
Coaching, Training, Mentoring:
Previous experience with coaching, training or mentoring is preferred. Tech-savvy and organized — experienced with CRMs, ATS tools, and pipeline management including funnel and conversion metrics.
