Role summary Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives. What you'll do You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. There are times when you must juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping customers: scan items, explain a price, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean--you get the idea! Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. • Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
