Gameway is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a proactive Recruiter/HR Specialist to help attract, hire, and support exceptional team members across multiple states. In this role, you'll lead recruiting efforts while also supporting key HR functions that help our teams succeed. You'll play a critical role in identifying talent, managing the hiring process, supporting employee lifecycle activities, maintaining compliance, and helping strengthen our company culture. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for different roles across multiple locations. Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment efforts. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while managing a strong candidate experience. Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms and build talent pipelines. Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and workforce trends. Support employer branding efforts, recruiting events, and talent attraction initiatives. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience. Support training, employee development, and engagement programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Perform additional HR and administrative duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three (3) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role. Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes. Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, including onboarding, training, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience recruiting for hospitality, retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or multi-location operations. SHRM-CP, PHR, Talent Acquisition certification, or equivalent credentials. Experience in developing recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay:
$55,000 - $60,000 Full-time, 40 hours per week; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; schedule varies based on organizational needs and priorities.
