About the Role Miguel Dairy Service & Supply (MDS) is seeking a highly organized and technology-savvy Human Resources & Employee Services Specialist to support our employees and leadership team. This position will coordinate payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee support, technology access, asset tracking, and other administrative functions. Responsibilities Process weekly payroll Administer employee benefits Coordinate onboarding and offboarding Maintain employee and personnel records Coordinate employee technology setup and access Track company vehicles, equipment, and assigned assets Assist with insurance administration and compliance reporting Support employee communications and administrative processes as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR, payroll, office administration, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Comfortable working with technology and learning new software Self-motivated with strong attention to detail About MDS MDS serves the dairy industry through construction, installation, maintenance, repair, parts, chemicals, and operational support.
