Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and providing exceptional support to employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, onboarding materials, and orientation schedules to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, coordinate training sessions, and manage HR-related communications.
  • Maintain personnel files and HR records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Address employee inquiries promptly, providing attentive and efficient support.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and recruitment files are complete, accurate, and ready for audits.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with audits and internal initiatives.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics related to recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance.
  • Coordinate internal events, such as training programs, job fairs, and team-building activities.
  • Contribute to company-wide HR communications and efforts to enhance employee engagement.
