Who we're looking for Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Senior Analyst - Manufacturing. Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations, the person in this role will provide key data insights and analysis for manufacturing labor costs, assignments, organization design, and key workforce statistics and recommendations to exec leadership in HR and manufacturing. This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. What you'll be doing Manage workforce related projects and staffing operations for manufacturing groups with short lead time and sense of urgency. Utilize strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to perform detailed analysis and calculations of workforce analytics (span of control, exec ratios, etc.) to develop recommendations for future kaizen and optimal staffing design. Develop talent forecast using predictive analytics and judgement based on available information Develop, implement, and improve staffing programs, processes, and tools working with HR leads and HR COE and CSS groups. Utilize data analytics and understanding key business needs to visualize trends, support decision-making, and communicate insights effectively to leadership. What you bring Bachelor's degree or higher (OR equivalent professional work experience in Human Resources) A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources to include workforce planning, workforce analytics, staffing planning and organizational development Experience with labor cost analysis to include data analytics, report development, analysis and recommendation or problem solving for future improvement or standardization Proficiency with Excel and Power BI, and PowerPoint Proven ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization to include presentation development and delivery of statistical concepts and analysis as well as key recommendations Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% for field/plant site support Added bonus if you have Advanced degree, preferably in an HR related discipline Direct experience with HR/Talent Development projects across multiple functions and/or business units, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning HR experience in a manufacturing environment Workday position management experience What We'll Bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
