Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Career Development Consultant to implement and support SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) solutions. This role will be responsible for helping organizations identify, develop, and retain talent through effective succession planning, career development strategies, and talent management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience within SuccessFactors Succession and Development modules and a strong understanding of talent management practices. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) modules. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and collaborate with HR stakeholders to define business needs and solution requirements. Configure talent pools, succession planning processes, calibration sessions, and career development plans. Support integrations between Succession Planning, Career Development, Performance & Goals, and Employee Central modules. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics supporting talent reviews and succession planning initiatives. Support and configure Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder functionalities. Analyze and support Development and Learning Management System (LMS) integrations and related processes. Configure and support Career Development Planning and employee development processes. Provide user training and knowledge transfer to HR and business stakeholders on talent management processes and system functionality. Assist with testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-implementation support activities. Recommend best practices for succession planning, workforce development, and talent management programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. Hands-on configuration experience with SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) modules. Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, and workforce development processes. Experience supporting integrations with Performance & Goals and Employee Central. Knowledge of Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder. Experience analyzing Development and Learning Management System (LMS) integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in workforce planning and succession analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and user support activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing end-to-end talent management solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. Familiarity with talent review processes, calibration sessions, and career pathing frameworks. Experience developing talent management dashboards, reports, and analytics. Knowledge of broader SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. Certifications SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Certification (Preferred)
