Job Description

Position Summary:
Assist the human resource department and the Human Resource Manager in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Manage/support offices in relation to Human Resources
  • Maintain all employee HR records
  • Maintain time clock and employee time records

  • Prioritize and plan work activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Demonstrated ability in training development and facilitation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
