Addison Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Onboarding Supervisor. This company is focused on operational excellence and employee development, offering a structured and supportive environment for new hires.

Job Description:

The Onboarding Supervisor will oversee the full onboarding lifecycle for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and leadership teams to deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day onboarding activities for new hires across multiple departments Supervise onboarding staff and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback Coordinate orientation sessions, training schedules, and required documentation Ensure all onboarding processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements Partner with HR and hiring managers to streamline onboarding workflows and improve the new hire experience Monitor onboarding metrics and identify opportunities for process enhancements Address and resolve onboarding-related issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and reporting related to onboarding activities

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
