Job Description
What You'll Do:
Own and execute end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Review and validate employee time, compensation adjustments, and deductions. Partner with HR and payroll providers to maintain accurate payroll data and systems. Process monthly sales commissions and workers' compensation accruals across multiple states. Record payroll and benefits transactions in the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations. Serve as the primary resource for HR reporting and payroll analytics. Support benefits administration, audits (401k, workers' comp), W-2 reconciliation, and compliance. Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits. Assist with payroll-related projects and process improvements.Benefits:

Company information can be found at www.acerelocation.com. The pay range is 75,000 - 90,000 base salary. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, flexible time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay and retirement benefits.
