This role is a hands-on position responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and compliance in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional who thrives in a plant setting, can build relationships with frontline employees and leadership, and is comfortable balancing recruiting with core HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Staffing Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring efforts to meet production demands Maintain applicant tracking and ensure a positive candidate experience Employee Relations Support and lead investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations Provide guidance to supervisors on performance management and workplace issues Promote a positive and compliant work environment Benefits & HR Administration Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee questions Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits communication Maintain accurate employee records and reporting Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with recruiting required Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Ability to work flexible hours and support multiple shifts as needed Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and ADP a plus.
