This role will play a key part in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment—especially within a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other applicable requirements Assist in developing, implementing, and administering HR policies and procedures Partner with department managers to address employee relations concerns and workplace issues Lead disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations as needed Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and training programs Oversee benefits administration, including 401(k), health insurance, and employee inquiries Track and maintain compliance for required training, certifications, and evaluations Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory updates Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to support employees and leadership Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Preferred 2+ years of HR experience SHRM-CP certification Experience in a manufacturing environment Bilingual preferred #Waco1
