Benefits assists client companies with Payroll, Employee Onboarding, HR Software Support, Human Resources, Workers Compensation, Employee Policy, Employee Training and Development, Employee Benefits and various other employer needs to ensure client companies are successful. We are currently looking for a Client Care Representative (HR Employee Onboarding Representative) to join our team. This position will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships. You will assist with onboarding new employees, supporting our Cloud9HR Software (SAAS), answering general HR and product support questions and working with internal specialists to ensure client needs are satisfied.
