Sr. Manager, HR The Specialty Alliance - 2.4 Salt Lake City, UT Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Driver's License Task prioritization Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Position purpose Provide human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, policy and procedure interpretation, recruitment, and personnel coaching in support of company policies. Act as a strategic business partner to support assigned regions / office personnel. Proactively identifies areas of concern, and coordinates solutions in conjunction.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

This position is one of autonomy and the incumbent will be required to travel between the GI Alliance offices within its region. Assisting with recruiting for positions and the onboarding of staff and providers. Managing employee relations at office sites. Conducting internal investigations as needed. Conducting new hire orientations as needed for the region. Providing HR training as needed. Other duties as assignedQualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent of minimum five (5) years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's Degree is preferred.Experience:
Prior employee relations / generalist experience. Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred.Additional Qualifications:
Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. Professional certification from HRCI and/or SHRM preferred.Performance Requirements:
Strong presentation skills. Ability to start and/or conduct internal investigations as needed. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with all levels of employees from shareholder physicians to front desk employees. Proficient technical (computer) skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
