Overview:
Granger Medical Clinic is seeking an HR Generalist to support hiring needs across more than 25 clinic locations. This role manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and essential HR functions that help keep our teams staffed and supported.Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 based on experience and educationEssential Functions and Duties:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, competencies, and qualifications Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and job postings Develop recruitment initiatives and marketing materials to attract applicants Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly staffing reports Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers; and manage full-cycle recruitment Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process Coordinate participation in job fairs and recruiting events Build and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, and community organizations Respond to employee questions and provide general HR support Organize and maintain employee files; prepare new hire files Lead onboarding and orientation tasks usingATS/HRIS
systems Complete required documentation and reporting Perform other HR responsibilities as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels Professional and ethical presentation and communication Awareness of organizational needs, employee experience, and public image Experience managing full life cycle recruitingEducation and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Human Resources experience required 3+ years job specific experiencePhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:
