Wildcat Service, a franchise of Take 5 Oil Change is expanding fast. We currently have 100 employees and will be adding 60 more by the end of the year as we grow from 6 to 9 shops. We need someone who can support that growth while keeping our team running smoothly and our payroll accurate. This role blends accounting, HR, payroll, and recruiting with cross training in operations so you can jump in and support the business when needed. You will be a key player in helping us hire, support, and celebrate the people who make our shops great. What You Will Do Process payroll using Paychex (this is not negotiable) Support HR functions including onboarding, employee files, compliance, and documentation Manage benefits administration tasks related to payroll deductions and employee benefit programs Assist with hiring, recruiting, promotions, and terminations Help manage accounting tasks such as invoices, reconciliations, and reporting Build strong relationships with employees and leadership Support operations through cross training in other areas of the business Help us stay organized and people focused as we grow rapidly Learn all areas of the business including how to change oil, filters, fill tires, and leave our customers smiling. Are you willing to be trained on the shop floor, to support operations and understand "shop life"? This includes training in the pit, servicing vehicles and supporting operations when needed?
