The successful candidate will have a solid HR personnel on-boarding administrative background and use his/her knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs while maintaining program confidentiality. The HR Management Analyst II will perform a full range of administrative, office, professional, and customer support services, data entry, research and analysis, provide support to customer managers to facilitate efficient operation of the Staffing Unit and perform other assigned duties. Regular, predictable, onsite attendance is essential for satisfactory performance as is the ability to work both with minimal direction and within a team environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Gather and organize information to clearly define the problem and identify opportunities for process improvement. Analyze data, develop solutions or alternative practices, recommend new systems, procedures, processes, or organizational changes, make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports and confer with managers to ensure that the changes are working. Review and enter data to ensure all databases are kept up to date. Organize clerical processes and maintain basic project status information Handle information requests and resolve administrative inquiries Provide administrative support to assigned Human Resource Specialist Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure smooth operations Prepare and modify documents such as reports, memos, and emails; upload finalized documents to SharePoint/Sdrive Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes when needed Prepare statistical reports and manage spreadsheets Maintain electronic documents and correspondence via the approved filing system Provide general information regarding job vacancies and application procedures Assist applicants with system errors during the application process Initiate and monitor background investigations and assist in completing employment documents Elevate complex issues to senior HR staff as needed Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience. Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail with the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment. Position requires strong customer service experience.
Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with extensive Excel experience. Strong database and data analysis skills with the ability to work with large data sets Proficient in analytic methodologies and principles to address needs of the program.

Public Trust Background Check Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Successfully Pass Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation Drug Screening and Credit Check.
