You Have:

Experience building credibility and driving adoption Experience developing and administering awards programs, including policy compliance and stakeholder coordination Experience performing optimally under tight time constraints and adapting to last-minute changes without loss of quality Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, and using technology to manage HR program administration Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines across multiple stakeholders and workstreams Ability to distill complex data into succinct, jargon-free narratives and presentations for senior decision-makers TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development Nice If You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
