Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support critical human resources technology initiatives in New Hampshire. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can translate business needs into effective system solutions, maintain data integrity, and improve HRIS performance across the organization. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with HR systems, and the ability to contribute to implementation and integration efforts in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze HRIS processes, data flows, and system functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into practical system configurations and reporting solutions.
  • Support HRIS implementation activities, including testing, validation, issue resolution, and post-deployment optimization.
  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data within the system and related databases.
  • Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to merger and acquisition integration work by aligning HR system data, processes, and reporting structures.
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR technology tools, troubleshooting system issues and escalating when needed.
  • Document system procedures, business rules, and configuration changes to promote continuity and compliance.
