Job Description:
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Training Instructor .
Position Type:
Fulltime•
Contract Location:
Newport News, VA 23607
Duration:
12 Months As a Training Instructor you will Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develop tests and visual aids, conduct training classes, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs. May be responsible for development of e-learning programs. Bachelor's Degree in related field and 6 years; or master's degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in business or associate's degree with experience in drafting and/or ship construction Master's Degree with 18 graduate credits in Communications, Engineering, History, Mathematics, Physics, or Psychology Experience teaching in both face to face and online environments Familiarity with instructional and course management technology as well as course design Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS
Pay Range
  • : $36
  • $44 Per hour.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
