  • Coordinate the annual performance review cycle for designated teams by managing schedules, collecting supporting materials, and facilitating completion of evaluations.
  • Oversee leave administration from initial notice through return to work, including eligibility review, required documentation, communication with employees and leaders, and coordination of accommodations, workers' compensation, disability, and related leave matters.
  • Contribute to employee engagement efforts by supporting recognition activities and participating in local development sessions to bring back relevant HR knowledge and best practices. Requirements
  • Experience in human resources generalist work with strength in employee relations, HR administration, and policy interpretation.
  • Knowledge of employment law compliance at the federal, state, and local levels, including leave and accommodation requirements.
  • Hands-on background administering employee benefits and coordinating leave programs such as medical, disability, and return-to-work cases.
  • Ability to manage sensitive conversations, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and performance-related documentation with professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, orientation for permanent employees, personnel file maintenance, and annual performance review processes.
