Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently to prioritize and meet the changing needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR support to the HR Director, management, supervisors, and associates. Exercises positive employee relations and exhibits a high level of professionalism and confidentiality to maintain the integrity of the HR department. Assists managers and supervisors with employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and corrective actions. Recruitment - Recruits and manages onboarding process including advertising, screening, interviewing, pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, orientation. Manages open positions in Kronos, internal job bids, and other HR duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from a 4 year college or university (3 years of related work experience or training, or an equivalent combination or education and experience.) PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Sound judgement and problem solving ability with strong relationship building skills. Experience with Kronos or similar HRIS Excellent computer skills required Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
