Full-time HR Professional Virginia Beach, VA Salary:
$46,000+ Full-Time | Monday-Friday 9am-5pm About the Role 315 Logistics is seeking an organized, proactive, and professional Human Resources Professional to support our growing workforce and daily operations. This position will play a critical role in managing employee lifecycle activities, supporting operations leadership, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role presents a unique opportunity for professional growth. The selected candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Manager, assisting with and learning all aspects of the HR function. HR Specialist will serve as the primary HR resource for the organization, with continued support from leadership. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation Benefits administration and employee support Employee relations and workplace investigations Performance management and disciplinary processes Workers' compensation administration and follow-up Incident and accident reporting HR compliance and recordkeeping Offboarding and termination processes Support operational leadership with staffing and personnel matters Maintain employee records in ADP and other HR systems Assist with policy administration and employee communications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience considered Minimum 2 years of HR, employee relations, recruiting, or HR administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage confidential information professionally Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Experience with
ADP, ATS
