Job Description The Human Resources Specialist supports the day-to-day administration of Human Resources operations and provides assistance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role is responsible for supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee relations administration, benefits assistance, compliance support, and HR record maintenance. The HR Specialist partners closely with the HR Supervisor to ensure accurate processing, consistent employee support, and timely completion of HR-related activities across assigned business units or regions. Responsibilities • Support daily HR operations and respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including completion of new hire documentation, orientation scheduling, and system updates Process employee status changes such as transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and terminations accurately and timely Maintain employee records and HR systems in compliance with company policies and legal recordkeeping requirements Assist employees with questions related to benefits, leave administration, payroll coordination, and HR processes Support employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, and escalating issues as appropriate Assist with investigations related to attendance, policy violations, workplace concerns, and employee complaints Prepare reports, audits, and documentation related to compliance, personnel files, and HR metrics Partner with recruiting, payroll, operations, and safety teams to support workforce initiatives and operational needs Support HR training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and company-wide HR programs Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and company information Perform administrative and operational HR tasks in accordance with established procedures and timelines Key Measures /

Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred Experience:
2-4 years of Human Resources experience preferred Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, compliance, or HR administration functions Experience supporting multi-location or field-based operations preferred Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Exposure:
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, FUSE) and Microsoft Office Suite Exposure to confidential employee information and sensitive workplace matters Collaboration with payroll, recruiting, operations, and safety teams Factors critical to success at ITG Communications for this position: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through and accountability Physical Requirements :
