Human Resources & Operations Administrator Do you love working with people and making organizations run smoothly? The Town of Manchester is seeking a dedicated HR & Operations Administrator to manage everything from hiring and benefits to workplace safety and town events - supporting our employees, departments, and the vibrant community we serve. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR and operations experience,comprehensive knowledge of employment law, benefits, and compliance,strong communication and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for public service and community engagement.
