Job Description

Job Description Senior HR Analyst to provide HR Business Partner support, with primary focus on leave administration (FMLA/state) and full-cycle talent acquisition. Partners closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced, public-sector environment to support recruiting, compliance, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on FMLA, state leave, and accommodations
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple lines of business
  • Develop sourcing strategies and grow diverse candidate pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with Title VII, ADA, and non-discrimination laws
  • Coordinate screenings, interviews, testing; train interview panels
  • Develop recruitment materials and merit-based selection tools

  • 5+ years professional HR experience (recruiting + leave admin)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, leave laws, accommodations
  • High-volume recruiting experience
  • Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
  • Experience with PeopleSoft (or HRIS) and NEOGOV (or ATS) Intermediate MS Office / SharePoint
  • Public sector experience
  • Union environment experience PeopleSoft & NEOGOV experience
