Job Description

Description The Recruiter & HR Generalist owns the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting key HR operations. This role is critical to attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding practices. In addition, this position contributes to broader HR initiatives, including compliance, employee relations, and HR systems administration—helping ensure a consistent, people-focused, and compliant employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for roles across the organization.
Onboarding Management:
Coordinate new hire orientation, paperwork, and early-stage engagement.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by addressing HR inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and interpreting company policies.
HR Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records, ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, and assist with audits and reporting.
Benefits Administration:
Support employee benefits processes, including enrollments, changes, and general inquiries.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a hybrid HR role Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools (Paylocity preferred)
