How you'll make an impact in this role Implement the Physician Onboarding and Project Specialist role with the following scope: Develop and manage a standardized onboarding roadmap/project plan for each provider Serve as the primary point of contact for new physicians and APPs Coordinate across departments to ensure credentialing, DEA, compliance, and system access are completed Facilitate weekly onboarding status calls with key stakeholders Conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins to monitor integration and address issues Optimize and continuously improve onboarding workflows Manage immigration-related processes (as applicable) Oversee relocation and moving reimbursements Coordinate recruitment and signing loan processing Support locum approvals when needed What minimum requirements you'll need Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
