Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Training Lead specializing in Stamping to drive the development and execution of comprehensive training programs within our manufacturing operations on 2nd Shift, 2pm-12am. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our stamping teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As a key leader, you will design engaging learning experiences, foster continuous improvement, and support talent development initiatives that align with organizational goals. Your expertise will empower employees through innovative training solutions, ultimately enhancing productivity, safety, and quality standards across the stamping department. Duties Develop and implement targeted curriculum for stamping manufacturing processes using instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support employee onboarding talent. Utilize data collection methods and research to assess training effectiveness through employee evaluations and performance metrics; adjust programs accordingly for continuous improvement. Mentor and coach trainers and supervisors to enhance their training delivery capabilities while fostering a culture of learning and development. Experience Familiarity delivering technical training programs within manufacturing environments, particularly in stamping or metal fabrication processes. Excellent communication skills Familiarity with performance management systems and employee evaluation Experience working closely with human resources management on onboarding, employee relations, and mentoring programs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in program design and documentation.
