In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, attract top talent, and help ensure a positive and compliant employee experience across our growing businesses. This part-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers on talent needs and strategies to attract quality candidates. Recruit for seasonal and year-round employees for multiple businesses associated with EAU Holdings. Assist with onboarding, training, and organizing employee documentation. Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions. Advise on HR policies, employee relations and terminations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or related field. 2+ years of HR experience. Experience in hospitality industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems. Workday experience a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills.
