Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruiting of office and field employees Onboarding of employees Offboarding employees Performance reviews Employee Relations Assist Leadership with their Performance Management concerns Assist Leadership with terminations Collaboration with Leadership on Workforce Planning HRIS - integration, use, and maintenance Compliance with federal and state laws and regulations Trusted adviser to Leadership Unemployment compensation reporting
