Job Description

Under the direction of the Executive Director, and in accordance with association policies, the Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support for the Executive Director, branch human resources, board communication and meetings, fundraising efforts, accounts receivables, and overall branch management. This position requires exceptional organization and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent preferred. Two years or more related human resources experience preferred or equivalent combination of administrative or office management experience. Understanding of basic human resources policies and employment law. Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with discretion. Experience with standard business software and office machines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational abilities as well as oral and written communication skills.
